Hello! I'm Ruo Shan, dearly known as Shan to many!

I started my career in UI/UX design while majoring in Marketing. Working as an in-house marketer back then, I took on the challenge of refreshing our company’s web design. During this process, I became fascinated by the ins and outs of user experience, diving deep into understanding what makes designs effective.

Since then, I’ve been dedicated to creating user-friendly interfaces and seamless digital experiences, collaborating with various clients from different backgrounds.

What makes me unique is my insatiable curiosity and love for understanding human behaviour. I enjoy figuring out what makes users tick, ultimately shaping the designer I am today. My approach to design is all about practicality, problem-solving, and making things easy for users.

One of my all-time favourite quotes that has stuck with me for a long time. I revisit this quote every now and then to remind myself to keep pushing for bigger goals and challenges.
